Hi, I am Gunjan. I am an experienced working professional with an awesomely impactful learning experience of 7 years and 4 months. I am really grateful to my experience as it not only taught me professional basics, that makes me work ready but life ready as well. I deal with real time situations very confidently and in an insightful and a significant manner now. The customer focus industry has helped me understand the very basic of life and that is to listen first, deeply, energetically and thoughtfully, as only a good ear first will help bring out great words later.I have been extremely blessed enough to have been able to work for five great companies so far. Namely, they are, Wipro Digital Platform, Hcl Tech, Accenture, Genpact, Concentrix Engineering Solutions. Looking ahead for an exciting journey with the next one.Skill wise, I have learnt a lot from being a complete fresher in this industry to being able to handle a plethora of channels from domestic to international client base, to deals focusing on B2B to B2C segments. Apart from that, I have been thankful to my seniors for trusting me to be capable enough to handle escalations channels for my projects, be it through phone, chats or email redressals.Even during the pandemic time, I have never for a day felt any gloominess at work, as even in the work from home mode, work was never ignored by me, that is why, I was able to work smoothly in the wfh mode for a company like Accenture. Wfh duration-(March 2020 till Dec 2022). The organisation was really helpful too. The project that I was dealing with was from Google. I will be really willing to work for a Google project again.It was in this project that I learnt about UPI technology and how it works while transactions.Before working for a Google project, I was working for a project from Mondelez international. Even this deal was highly technical and Hcl tech provided a great employee first experience.Talking about my first job as a fresher, in Nov 2016, I started my professional journey with Wipro Digital Platform. In that deal from Airtel fixed line and broadband, I gathered a lot of network and telecom know hows. I learnt about tools used in the industry namely knomax, TMS, remote access tools like Log me in and Bombgar, SAP tools and applications, Service Now, Remedy, etc.Apart from working on these tools, I have worked on the industry operations part as well, like ticket assignments and handling, client handling, maintaining SLAs and documentations, queue management, Critical incident management, V.M, etc.
