1.CHT Simulation of dual stream non-contact type Heat Exchanger, Where Heat is exchanging between Oil and Water. Geometry Cleanup made through ANSA and did Simulation Setup using Star ccm+ Solver.2.Battery Pack Simulation of Electric Vehicle using Star CCM+. With this Simulation Coolant Flow distribution through channels and Heat distribution through Battery modules is determined. It is an Iterative Study Conducted to obtain Optimized design of Cooling channels.3.Flow and Thermal resistance analysis of Radiator flow using Star CCM+ Simulation and provided technical reports of Flow distribution in each tube.
