As a Senior Business Analyst, I am working on multiple Pega projects in Criminal and Municipal IT team under Automated Trial Court Services department. The main intent of these projects is to retire old Mainframe system and replace it with Pega based applications. Responsibilities:• Groom/Elaborate sessions to capture the details of the specifications to produce an approved prototype of the new application.• Document functional and non-functional requirements for PCSAM (Pearson Case Search and Manage) to provide advance and quick search options to the authorized users (Prosecutors, judges, other court officials etc.) who search for specific criminal case records in the system• Conduct the project requirement JAD sessions with the internal team members following Pega Model based application design and development method where visual, form-based definitions of application components are used to effectively communicate the new or modified requirements• Use Pega Designer and Pega Express to build the PCSAM high level case structure, user views and process steps• Work on Pega Express to define the settings for theme and Unified portal access project Mobile App• Capture business requirements for PCSAM and Case initiation projects directly in the application using DCO or Directly Capture Objectives methodology in Pega Smart BPM
