Strengthen employer branding to attract high-quality candidates. Candidate Screening and Selection: Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates to ensure a good cultural and skill fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to assess and finalize candidates. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership for process improvement. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support. Guide and train hiring managers on interview techniques and best practices. Technology and Process Optimization: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools for efficiency. Stay updated with the latest hiring trends and technology to continuously improve processes. Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with labor laws and internal policies. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and train the recruitment team to achieve targets. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the talent acquisition function.
