Currently, working as a Senior Technician in Production Operations at Danaher Corporation, where I involve myself deeply in manufacturing activities of IVD reagents, specifically Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADC). My role encompasses several responsibilities integral to the production line, including the preparation of protein buffer solutions and execution of antibody coupling reactions. I involve the final preparation of immunoassay reagents, ensuring adherence to strict quality control standards and timely delivery of products. The preparation and purification of conjugated proteins are critical aspects of my responsibilities, where I utilize bioconjugation techniques to ensure high-quality output suitable for diagnostic applications. I perform small-scale dye labeling bioconjugation reactions according to established processes, maintaining a strong focus on compliance with regulatory guidelines to assure customer satisfaction and product efficacy. Moreover, I am involved in technology transfer initiatives, supporting the technical operations team in validating and optimizing production processes derived from R&D. This engagement enhances my cross-functional collaboration skills and broadens my understanding of process optimization strategies. My role requires me to actively participate in daily manufacturing meetings, applying continuous improvement methodologies like KAIZEN to troubleshoot technical issues and refine production workflows. My experience here allows me to contribute significantly to the optimization of our operations, fostering a culture of quality and efficiency in line with cGMP regulations.
