I am Microsoft based IT Specialist, towards Microsoft Exchange, Lync and yes off course M365 services.I am proud to say E-mail is my core skill and it is closely tied to the organization, this requires a broad skill set of Microsoft and network technology to be successful I have been with this more than a decade. I have patience enough to spend many a month to migrate exchange between 2010 to 2016 and 2016 to 2019 also to M365 for internal and external customer.My core skills are to handle Migration services to Exchange/SharePoint/OneDrive.I have very good hands-on experience in working on RFI/RFP, during 2023 I involved in very big food service RFP and successfully converted them in to our Support. During the tenure i managed and developed a team from end to end and involved in DD/Transition, helped to move to production with 40 toughest KPI\'s.In the technical perspective, I headed the transition and successfully completed in 3-4 Months for Exchange Hybrid, Exchange Online SharePoint, Teams, Teams Voice, OneDrive, Yammer, Acronis (Backup), Postfix (SMTP Relay).During the period, we prepared SOP, KEDB, Out of Scope, Known Error, risk document and worked on SOW document for Production.I have also involved in others RFI during 2023,2024 for some of the customer in Germany and France for problem statement from the customer queries in digital workspace.Migrated Exchange on premises from 2010 to 2016 for mailboxes in one single organization as part of migration and Configuration and my ambition at the moment is this extent of a deployment as lead engineer. If you ask me yes, I have achieved it now, I am leading the team in India and migrating mailboxes from 2016 to 2019 from end to end and I mean it.We recently started transforming our Exchange 2016 Hybrid environment in to Exchange 2019 and started moving mailboxes using native tools.In the current company all the Acquisition projects will be headed by me and successfully converted them in to current estate.I am known to fiddle in ITIL related work-flows and automations to make sure whatever I deploy can be supported and managed throughout the service lifecycle an I’m good at it.Professional with more than 18+ years of progressive experience in:M365 Managed, Migration, Transition, Integration M365 Security and Compliance. Exchange Server 2007/2010/2013/2016/2019/M365. Lync Server 2010/2013/Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams PowerShell Scripting. Backup tool DPM 2010/2013. ITIL V3 Foundation.
