I am an IT professional with over 25 years of global experience across the areas of delivery, sales, pre-sales, transformation, and solutions. My areas of expertise include service and operations management, application development, IT managed services solutions, consulting and contract management.Currently, as the General Manager of Global Functions IT Delivery for Shell, I lead and mentor a diverse global team based out of Bangalore, the Hague (Netherlands), and London. This team identifies, understands, develops and delivers IT and enables Digital transformation across 20 Global functions.I also work closely with in-house capability centres that continuously hire and develop talent and re-skill individuals by imparting proficiencies that are required to enable seamless digital operations and transformations.As a working professional passionate about technology, I constantly look to learn something new from people and projects within the organization.
