I’m a seasoned software leader with over two decades of experience, including the last 12 years at Amazon. My experience spans across building and scaling high-impact organizations in Software and Hardware, including eCommerce, AI, Customer Service, People Tech and Consumer Devices. In my current role as VP in People Tech, I spearhead technology and operations on a global scale, overseeing more than employees (25+ countries), including a member engineering organization.Working in a Customer-First culture at Amazon has been an intense and enriching journey. In building high-performing organizations that scale as a discipline, I prioritize empowering my team, empathy, and fostering critical thinking through challenging assumptions as the foundations for transformative innovation.The seismic shifts in work and life over the past few years have been profound.
