At Microsoft, I serve as a Principal Hardware Engineer shaping the strategy and execution of next-generation HPC/AI/GPU infrastructure for Azure cloud platforms. I provide technical and architectural leadership across the full hardware lifecycle, from silicon-aligned platform definition and NPI through global scale-out, ensuring our systems deliver differentiated performance, reliability, and energy efficiency for AI-native services.I drive a systems-level approach that aligns hardware, firmware, diagnostics, and data center integration to meet the demands of hyperscale AI workloads. Partnering closely with silicon, platform, and operations teams, I help translate long-range AI and cloud strategy into concrete platform roadmaps, quality standards, and readiness criteria that enable consistent execution across regions.My portfolio spans 1P platforms such as Cobalt and Maia, which underpin Microsoft’s AI and cloud services, as well as 3P solutions including GB200, GB300, and VR NVL72-class systems, where I guide platform readiness, risk management, and deployment strategy. Across planning, design, build, dock, and fleet-scale operations, my focus is on building resilient, scalable infrastructure that powers Microsoft’s AI transformation and unlocks value for customers and partners worldwide.
