As the Program Manager at Grupo PRHO, I\'ve been entrusted with ensuring the quality of the preparation course for the SPHRi and PHRi Certifications of the HR Certification Institute for LATAM. My role encompasses diverse responsibilities, including: Sales Funnel Strategies: I\'ve designed and executed effective sales funnel strategies, leveraging digital marketing platforms such as social media, LinkedIn, Google, and webinars to recruit students into the program. Program Evaluation and Enhancement: My dedication to excellence led me to evaluate the program\'s quality, collaborating with the instructor\'s team to co-develop improvements and enhance the learning experience. Student Preparation Tracking: I\'ve meticulously tracked the preparation progress of 98 students as they embarked on their journey toward achieving International SPHRi and PHRi certification success. Business Relationship Management: I\'ve managed crucial business relationships between Grupo PRHO and the HR Certification Institute, as well as with our esteemed allies and suppliers. Facilitation and Success: In addition to overseeing the program, I actively facilitated one of the Preparation Course modules for the Human Resources Certification Institute® Certifications (PHRi and SPHRi). My dedication resulted in a remarkable 92% success rate, with students passing their international certification exams with flying colors.I take immense pride in my role at Grupo PRHO, shaping HR professionals\' careers through top-notch certification preparation.
