Supported the senior managers to streamline and automate performance reporting processes to facilitate effective sharing of information and enable informed decision making by the CSU. Other key duties included assisting the senior managers to monitor the performance management framework in line with national guidance and establish robust monitoring mechanisms and to be responsible for providing performance information relating to the commissioning process.RTTAt NEL CSU, I reported on 18 Weeks RTT Adjusted Admitted, Admitted – No of failed specialties, 18 Weeks RTT Non-Admitted, Non-admitted – No of failed specialties, Non-admitted >52 week waits, 18 Weeks RTT Incomplete Pathways, Incomplete – No of failed specialties, Incomplete >52 week waits, 6 Weeks Diagnostic Waits, Cancelled operations, Urgent Operations Cancelled for the 2nd or more time. These were in the monthly packs that went to Barking & Dagenham CCG, Havering CCG and Redbridge CCG. The providers were North East London Treatment Centre Care UK, Barts and Moorfields. Diagnosis I have completed many ad hoc requests based on ICD10 codes, as well as regular reports for divisions I have created dashboards for the RAID team, the PMO Efficiency team where the Ambulatory Care team requested a dashboard to monitor 10 groups of Diagnosis. A&E Data I produce a daily report for the directors on the previous days activity in A&E. I am on two A&E project teams, one which is trying to solve the processes of recording data correctly such as time to initial assessment. I am also involved in providing KPIs for the COO which has around 40 KPIs.
