I identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, architectural work and come up with solutions, coordinate the safety management system for the installation team. Perform overall quality control of the work including manpower, schedule, plan and update project status regularly. Manage customer satisfaction and feedback. Also, liaise and coordinate with all stakeholders including subcontractor regarding shop drawing, material & sample to ensure successful engagement.
