Client: Chemical Industry Role: SAP-Quality Team LeadLeading SAP Quality Management team for SAP S/4 HANA global implementation for a Global Chemical Paint client based out of USA, Europe, Asia Pacific & other. Driving various aspects of SAP S/4 implementation which includes requirement gathering, FIT/GAP analysis, End to End Quality process solution design in S/4, build, configurations, RICEFW, User story planning, data mapping, cutover, System integration Testing, and deployment. Consistently maintained sprint delivery targets between 97% and 100% across all sprints, resulting on time delivery of the project deliverables. Efficiently managed the team size of 5 through task prioritization, delegation, review, risk mitigation, and providing guidance and support to team members. Designed SAP QM processes in S/4 HANA, wrote and reviewed technical, functional specifications, ARIS Process flow diagrams. Developed interface integration of SAP Quality certificates with 3rd party systems such as POS (Point of Sale). Worked on QM integration with EWM, PTP, OTC, Data, development, and SAC reporting. Building and configuration of quality management processes like Quality inspections, Quality Notifications, Custom solution for Quality Adjustment, KPI’s, Statistical process control, Quality certificates (CoA/CoC), Master data-Inspection plan, sampling procedure etc. Worked on RICEFW, Change requests, end to end test scenario identification, drove user story identification, build validation, Cutover planning, Testing, HP-ALM defect management.Client: Life Science IndustryRole: SAP-Quality Team LeadWas Responsible for SAP S/4 HANA greenfield global implementation of SAP QM for an USA based Life Science client.
