That mindset has shaped every step of my career, from engineering to product leadership.I started in electronics engineering but quickly realized I wanted to solve broader cross-functional problems - ones that sat at the intersection of technology, people, and business. That led me into systems engineering, where I worked on enterprise implementations that required aligning technical execution with business needs. I earned a fast-track promotion for stepping up on high-stakes projects and keeping delivery on track when others backed away.At Accenture, I found myself stepping into a product owner role early. I collaborated across functions, helped define roadmap, user stories, streamlining operations, and delivered features that created value fast. I worked with global teams, juggled competing priorities, and led initiatives that went live early and under budget. It was a high-pressure environment that demanded quick thinking and cross-team alignment, and I found myself right at home.Most recently, I worked at an AI startup and a chip company, where I owned core parts of the product and strategy. I defined KPIs, led market research, supported go-to-market planning, and worked directly with leadership on initiatives that shaped the business. What I enjoyed most was being close to the user and the solution at the same time.That’s when I realized product management isn’t just a skill set I\'ve built. It’s where I do my best work.
