Prepares Business Planning, Forecasting, month end results for Product Division Management, develops and maintains systems to monitor and measure the implementation of business and strategic targets- Provides consultancy on business administration topics to management, facilitates an understanding of the key figures for the product costs, financial metrics and KPIs used within the company for results measurement- Steers standardization of processes and methodologies between various production plants and ensures conformance to company standards of reporting, acts as an interface to Local Controlling and Central Controlling and Accounting- Advises Local Factory Controllers on financial and operational factory performance, analyses and evaluates the business situation in order to proactively identify opportunities and potential risks at an early stage- Reviews all factory key figures including material, labor, overhead, development and investments and reports the deviations, prepares ad hoc analysis when required- Develops timeframes and objectives as well as integration of new methods of controlling and monitoring and identification of new key figures on the performance of the factories- Makes autonomous analysis of complex data structures and derivation of measures to optimize business processes considering the effect of factory costs and production factors
