My primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the process of implementing changes to the IT infrastructure and systems within the McLaren organisation. This involves working closely with various stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and external vendors, to ensure that changes are planned, tested, and implemented in a controlled and efficient manner.This involves assessing the impact of proposed changes on the organisation\'s IT systems and infrastructure, identifying potential risks and issues, and developing strategies to mitigate these risks. I am also responsible for developing and maintaining change management policies and procedures, as well as ensuring that all changes are documented and communicated effectively to all relevant parties.In addition to managing the change process, I am also responsible for monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of change management activities, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the change management process.
