Previously, I served as CEO of LOGICFORCE, leading it to a successful acquisition by Frontline Managed Services in 2021, where I subsequently served as Chief Legal Officer. My consulting experience includes advising operators and private equity groups on go-to-market strategy, P&L assessments, M&A strategy, and overall business performance improvement.In private practice, I specialized in restructuring, corporate insolvency, and bankruptcy, representing clients in both state and federal courts. I am an active member of several bar associations and have held leadership roles, including President of the Nashville Bar Association.I\'ve been named a 2022 Alumni Fellow by the University of Louisville, a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, and receiving the Nashville Emerging Leader Awards, Nashville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award, and multiple Best of the Bar Awards.
