I was joined ADM Education & Welfare Society in Web Development Department as a Intern.They Promoted to HOD(Head of Department) with my talent and hard working, managing a team of 20 interns to develop the Renu HealthCare Website.Again Promoted to Sr.HOD(Senior Head Of Department), managing a team of 50 interns to develop ADM Website,Maa Foundation Website, App DevelopmentIntroduced Agile and Scrum Methodologies, to improve team productivity and streamline development processes,facilitating iterative development and better adaptability to changing requirements.Contributed to the ADM Education Website and Renu Health Care Websites, delivering tailored solutions, that helped accelerate website launch and improved load time.Oversaw development processes to ensure clean, scalabe and reliable software performance throughout the development lifecycle, resulting in a 50% reduction in post-deployment issues.
