Mr Usman is a hardworking, self motivated and determined individual. He is able to use own initiatives to complete tasks and identify business needs\'. Mr Usman has exceptional level of experience when it comes to risk analysts, risk assessments and risk management. He has the ability to organise himself and meet the deadlines for the performance measures. in a timely manner.Mr Usman has been managing Very High, High and Medium risk offenders whilst liaising and disseminating information with other statutory agencies as well as to private and charity services. He is self motivated with an ability to motivate others through motivational interviewing techniques and enabling change for a successful rehabilitative outcome.Mr Usman has natural eye for details and ability to judge risk. However, this skill was enhanced when providing security services to largest events with The Manchester Evening Arena, horse racing events, music concerts, boxing matches, football matches at Manchester United and Manchester City. later he worked for Royal Bank of Scotland as the Financial Crime Associate. This allowed him to understand fraudulent behaviour within the finances. Mr Usman has also worked for the Greater Manchester Police for over two years, allowing him to strengthen his skills of risk analysts with the law enforcement agencies. This role allowed me to push my boundaries and put me out of my comfort zone.Mr Usman\'s qualifications in BA Criminology and BA Justice Learning allows him to be exceptional at understanding risky behaviours and potential rising issues. He is then able to draw contingency plans within the risk management.
