I’ve always believed the best results come when people feel connected—to the work, to the mission, and to each other. Whether solving a complex protection scheme or guiding a team through a challenge, I focus on bringing clarity, building trust, and making sure everyone can contribute their best. Engineering may be my field, but creating the conditions for people to succeed is what drives me.My path started at the University of São Paulo (USP) where I dove into power and control systems, leading me into power system protection and automation with hands-on work in SIPROTEC and Reyrolle technologies. At Siemens US, I’ve combined that technical expertise with a people-first approach—leading projects, training engineers through the Siemens Power Academy, and mentoring colleagues from diverse backgrounds.An MBA in People Management deepened my ability to foster collaboration, inspire trust, and guide teams through challenges. For me, leadership is less about titles and more about creating an environment where others can succeed—and that’s the approach I bring to every project I’m part of.
