Advise FIN Management (CFO, Treasurer, Financial Policy and Accounting managers) on technologies to implement FIN Data Repository (FDR) in joint venture with the technology department • Represent FIN Department in the Data Governance Working Group that advise the Information Management Steering Committee on the comprehensive governance of the data produced or received by the IDB. • Contributed to the preparation of the Financial Market Data Repository capital project within the IDB data warehouse (EDW). Created semantic layers for the implementation of a data-lake for FIN. Created the process to provide secure access to the analytical environment thru the ITE EDW internal role security • Started implementing Data Governance best-practices with-in the FIN Department as part of the Data Stewardship objectives • Lead the FIN Data Stewardship Group. It includes more than 50 members from all FIN units, Information Technology and Risk Management Departments • Project management for the implementation of FIN RPA - Robotic Process Automation.
