Coordinating the design of subsystems and integration of the total system. Organizing projects into tasks and activities needed to solve the problems being addressed. Scheduling work to meet completion dates and technical specifications. Regularly providing technical guidance and oversight to lower level technical staff.Key accomplishments include: Managed Profit and Loss (P&L) as provided Program Management oversight for the Ground-Based Operational Surveillance System -Expeditionary (GBOSS-E) program at NSWC Crane. Successfully coordinated program requirements across planning and execution stages with multiple subcontractors throughout the entire program cycle, from inception to completion. Successfully guided the program through an external Manufacturing Readiness Assessment (MRA) conducted by the US Army DEVCOM C5ISR Center, achieving a validated MRA Level 9. This assessment independently confirmed system model accuracy, technical maturity, and digital engineering rigor, enabling more efficient and lower risk engineering decisions for stakeholders.
