Develop proposals, negotiations (client/supplier/departments), carry out releases & control baselines- Prepare, evaluate & use technical PM-templates (documents, reports, lessons learned) & tools- Quality Management (PDCA): processes, systems, standards & methods for DRX plants & workers. 8D, Isikawa, 5why, Delphi, 5S,6S. to avoid claims- Fix milestones & build-up team (cycle time, HR, workload, trainings.)- Complete project calculations: technical offer encompassing involved departments, changes, reworks, cost comparisons, financial depreciations, investments, Make-Buy studio for economical new decision-making- Negotiate product specification (LH) & prepare contract requirements (PH) & sign them- Stand for new trend-setting technologies for test systems. Design thinking philosophy- Coordinate purchasing & logistics areas. Materials, sample parts, customs duty, packaging, shipping.
