About Guillermo Moreno
As President of Tenaris in the US, I lead the operations of the largest domestic steel pipe manufacturer, serving the American oil and gas industry. Backed by Tenaris’s global industrial system, our work is rooted in technological innovation, manufacturing excellence, and a deep understanding of the evolving needs of our customers in the fast-paced energy market. Prior to this role, I served as Chief Commercial Officer for the US, overseeing the deployment of Rig Direct®, a mill-to-well service model that has transformed the OCTG supply chain in North America and supports well integrity for our customers. Before this tenure, as President of Tenaris in Canada, I coordinated operations across the country, including our manufacturing facilities and service centers in Alberta and Ontario. Over the course of my journey with Tenaris, spanning more than three decades, I’ve held strategic roles in finance, marketing, and sales, working closely with global leadership teams and customers across Latin America and beyond. I’ve always been driven by a passion for building relationships, navigating complex challenges, and unlocking opportunities through teamwork and strategic thinking. Originally from Argentina, I now call Houston home.
