Support the Sales organization from a deal strategy and operational efficiency, acting as a trusted advisor to help an Account Executives grow and win deals through the sales cycle efficiently- Ensure accurate and timely pricing goes out to Customers for Renewals and Add-On deals, and commercial term agreements are prepared and negotiated to yield the most mutually beneficial contracts for Customers and Workday- Run the onboarding process for new hires, along with a co-worker, making sure they receive all the important information and training about all the different processes to get up to speed- Been the advisor and mentor for new hires once they are working with live deals to answer all the questions they may have and guide them on how to work efficiently with the Sales team and all the other operations teams- Became the SME on 6 projects, owning the entire documentation on 3 of them on the steps, information and procedures to follow in order to be in compliance with all Salesforce requirements- Participate as an SME for a program dedicated to improve and enhance Salesforce and make it as user friendly for operations and AEs as much as possible- Use Gemini to build Gems and streamline some processes, use NotebookLM to build renewals guide and get answers from multiple sources faster.
