This included tasks such as designing and coding applications, testing and debugging them, and providing ongoing support and maintenance.I also played a key role in repairing, maintaining, and upgrading the network infrastructure, ensuring that our systems were reliable and secure. This required a strong understanding of networking technologies and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arose.In addition to these duties, I managed a team of 8 technicians who provided technical support to our customers. This included tasks such as assigning tasks, providing guidance and training, and evaluating performance.I also coordinated with other teams to ensure the normal operations of our organization were running smoothly and assisted our sister companies with their IT needs. This required strong leadership and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Overall, my current role as the IT Director is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a diverse set of technical skills and the ability to manage a team of technicians.
