Manage and monitor intellectual property, brand, and trademark matters across various countries, prosecution timelines, and supporting clearance workflows and enforcement for 10+ business units while coordinating with domestic and international outside counsel in key jurisdictions- Develop and maintain a first-of-its-kind data-driven tracking system to monitor domestic & global enforcement activity to generate reports to improve visibility, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment- Conduct and coordinate data initiatives to streamline trademark prosecution, clearance, and enforcement processes and identify operational improvements across jurisdictions- Handle trademark and DMCA enforcement across major online marketplaces and social media platforms, including Meta IPR Portal, Amazon Brand Registry, Shopify, Etsy, Walmart Marketplace, TEMU, TikTok, and Roblox, using third-party tools and platform programs to remove infringing content- Investigate infringing domains and standalone websites by researching registrar data, hosting providers, and site traffic rankings to support takedowns involving copycat sites, impersonation, and unauthorized trademark use- Research, collect, and organize evidence for domestic and international prosecution and enforcement matters, supporting coordinated global enforcement efforts- Manage U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) seizure matters involving suspected counterfeit goods; coordinate internal product authentication and support enforcement counsel in outreach and training efforts with customs officials- Plan and execute focused enforcement initiatives tied to major releases, live events, and seasonal infringement trends, using data analysis to support proactive brand protection strategies.
