ABOUT GUILLERMO C.
I am a first-generation Latino MPA candidate at the University of Southern California, pursuing a B.S. in Public Policy with a minor in Data Analytics. My academic foundation equips me to evaluate complex policy challenges, design innovative strategies, and deliver data-driven solutions that advance equity and impact.Through hands-on experience as a Research Associate at the USC Schaeffer Institute, Project Analyst with USC’s Office of Sustainability, and Public Policy Intern with LA Voice, I’ve applied my skills in policy research, climate resilience planning, and grassroots advocacy. My work has spanned designing outreach strategies, building data dashboards, analyzing GIS frameworks, and co-authoring policy reports that informed multi-million-dollar funding allocations.My consulting and data training sharpen my ability to translate research into actionable insights, negotiate across stakeholders, and align community priorities with institutional goals. Passionate and driven, I aim to keep contributing at the intersection of policy, data, and strategy where rigorous analysis meets the urgency of real-world change.
