ECUSA Forward is a platform within ECUSA with the goal to empower Hispanic scientists/entrepreneurs in Boston. As founder, I raised funds for the platform and recruited a team of scientists with business experience for two main goals- Serving as high-quality connectors between entrepreneurs and other relevant stakeholders in the biotech industry. This includes establishing mentor/mentee relationships, create funding opportunities and facilitate business development- Organization of entrepreneurship seminars and networking events featuring founders of the Boston area as speakers in venues such as the RCC at Harvard University or Bayer\'s Co.Lab Space.
