Nuclear Engineer Specializing in Safety and Systems Design I am a nuclear engineer with expertise in nuclear safety, including fault studies and emergency operation guidelines, as well as nuclear systems design, focusing on mechanical aspects (Nuclear Island) and I&C topics TXS, UNICORN). Currently, I manage a team of approximately 15 software developers responsible for the electrical toolchain provided to nuclear engineering teams. Previously, I led a team of about 18 engineers specializing in electrical sources and distribution for the nuclear island of a new nuclear power plant. I am well-organized and thrive on being regularly challenged to provide effective technical solutions. My background in chemical engineering has equipped me with practical problem-solving skills. Despite my recent transition to a managerial role, which requires a shift from technical tasks to management responsibilities, I excel in demanding situations. I am a reliable team player with a high degree of autonomy, always seeking improvements—a skill honed through my experience as a rowing teammate. I hold a Master’s degree in Management and Financial Control, which enhances the efficiency of the solutions I provide. I believe that mastering both the technical and financial aspects is crucial for delivering effective technical solutions and communicating them appropriately to stakeholders. I have also authored an essay on the impact of Big Data on control and management accounting and continue to deepen my knowledge in this field both professionally and personally.
