ABOUT GUILLAUME SCHOEBEL

Exploring is fun! I started to work in operational finance, then got passionate with sales and managed profit centers in different countries. A few years ago, I took a global role, leading sales and pricing transformations in the company, while investing on talent development and business coaching.I have worked and lived in several countries, and had the chance to explore different cultures. I started my work in operational finance, investing in the technical knowledge of performance measurement and balance sheets… After some years of getting increasingly exposed to business, I moved to sales, got closer to customers, and discovered the exciting world of managing operations and being in charge of a profit center. I have been leading a single country, then some multi-country cluster, and then a geographic zone. This accumulated experience led me to evolve into a global transversal role, leading the company’s commercial and pricing transformations. Over these years, I have grown a special interest in people development, and got trained and accredited as a business coach.I have been lucky to experience this variety of countries, roles and challenges with Schneider Electric, the global specialist of energy management and automation, participating in the deep transformation of the energy markets, the digitization of our offers, solutions and business models, and working hard for the most important goal: make our customers successful
