Perpetuate the diplomatic mission of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Paris to promote the interest of France in Hawai’i.• Provide consular protection and administrative affairs to French nationals: residents and visitors yearly.• Represent the French Republic in communication with Federal, State and City governments as well as military commands. • Facilitate in deepening trade and diplomatic relations between France and the U.S. • Implement business strategies and foster export for French businesses to Hawai’i as well as American investments in France, resulting in several multimillion dollars investments for Hawai’i based companies in France, French Polynesia and New Caledonia.
