My role as Senior Manager Supply Chain Claims, Commercial Closeout and Vendor Compliance Audit consists of leading and managing a multi-discipline team of experts with Supply Chain, Engineering, Accounting, Audit and Construction expertise and experience to deliver across TC Energy Enterprise- Full Vendor Compliance Audit program across TC Energy Enterprise (Canada, USA and Mexico) using in-house and 3rd party capabilities ($5Billion spend audited/year)- Claims avoidance/mitigation- Project closeout support- Perform bespoke contractual audits- Develop and apply commercial analytics- Identify lessons learned for continuous improvement- Perform strategic contract consulting across TC Energy’s lines of business- Litigation supportOne area of speciality the Commercial Close Out team I have created and currently leading offers is to perform deep dive audits and commercial reviews such as schedule delay analysis, assertive claims identification, defensive claims support and commercial cost performance reviews to help mitigate and/or assert claims, renegotiate contract terms and conditions, develop lessons learned and improve overall contract best practices. We also actively support ongoing Litigation efforts.
