In my most recent role as an Engineering Manager, I led a team of iOS and Android engineers and focused on strategic planning, hiring and scaling teams.At Lovely, I built our Android application from scratch, which allowed users to browse rental home listings and apply right from the app. It eventually became Google\'s \"Editor\'s Choice\" before the company was acquired by Redfin.
