Serving as the primary contact for clients, delivering end-to-end claims support - Responsible for reviewing accident reports, supporting documents, and witness accounts to identify red flags and contribute to fraud prevention efforts- Regular use of advanced ID & V and CDD tools, including LexisNexis IDU, and CUE, to conduct identity checks, assess risk, and meet AML/FCA regulatory standards- Efficiently inputting and managing case data through CRM systems, ensuring each claim progresses smoothly from registration to resolution- Collaborating closely with legal representatives, insurers, and internal departments to ensure prompt and accurate settlements- Consistently maintaining GDPR compliance and adhering to performance targets and industry SLAs- Providing clients with clear, proactive updates throughout the claims journey, ensuring a transparent and customer-focused experience.
