More than 15 years successful experience in Program & Project Management. I led programs, large-scale infrastructure & system integration projects, managed enterprise-wide initiatives, applications and product developments using succesfully program and project management frameworks. I have experience in defining, modelling/tailoring and implementing Program & Project Management methodologies, tools, processes, standards and best practices. A proven expertise to build strong relationships with all stakeholders and to turn proposals into reality. Successfully in management roles that demand rigor, a high level of drive and dedication with focus on delivering business outcomes through the use of methodologies; Assure ongoing training for Project Management professionals; continually increase project mgmt capability through training and development I am certified Program Management Professional (PgMP) ®, Project Management Professional (PMP) ®, ITIL® V3 Foundation and Lead Auditor ISO/EIC 27001:2005; I am also trained in Six Sigma methodology.
