Hi, I’m Guido I am a Berlin-based UX and UI designer with a true passion for problem-solving. I love being creative, something I applied in every field I worked in, my earliest formal education is in mechatronics engineering, but most of my experience is in hospitality. I always loved my job, especially giving an identity and personality to establishments. My philosophy has always been \"clients and customers should leave in a better mood than they arrived\", and UX felt like the natural evolution for my career since I became progressively more interested in creating a digital presence for my clients while keeping a human element. That\'s why a positive team environment is a key factor for me. I’ve always been goal-oriented, but I believe the journey to be just as important, and I believe that shows both in my process and design. In me, you’ll find a dedicated designer with a strong work ethic and extensive experience in negotiating and balancing the interest of different stakeholders with a proven record.
