Serve as a financial and cost management architect to guide and integrate diverse stakeholder information requirements into working business processes, data models, and solution designs • Analyze and validate whether financial, cost, and other relevant data models and solution components meet the intent of the client’s strategy and informational needs • Review anything from client policies to system data fields, to understanding how the relevant business process, data model, and SAP system will impact the future day-to-day operations of the customer • Capture requirements for the future SAP S/4 HANA based system by working with a diverse set of stakeholders and project teams. • Identify and frame business problems that need to be addressed in the future state by developing and presenting relevant courses of action and recommendations for customer and leadership approval • Work within interdisciplinary teams to ensure organizational information exchange requirements are identified and met • Contribute to the establishment of financial and cost data management strategies, principles, models and standards • Assess the integration of proposed standards to ensure successful implementations across interdependent technologies • Work with governance teams to identify data governance and applicable standards • Translate requirements into SAP designs and help setup and configure customer prototypes and demos using the SAP S/4 HANA Lab environment • Consult with project teams ensuring alignment with enterprise data architecture standards • Conduct research, develop position-papers, reports and presentations for briefings to application teams • Work directly with the system integrator to ensure customer requirements are met leveraging best practices to minimize, reduce, or eliminate unnecessary customizations
