Mr. Ebert is a senior program manager with +30 years of working experience with international clients and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). He has extensive knowledge in both, U.S. and German laws and regulations, and has successfully managed programs and individual programs in both legislations. He has also extensive experience in working on international projects. Mr. Ebert has lead teams of project managers from various CDM Smith offices. His experience includes Client Service Management, Key Account Management, Program and Project Management, Infrastructure Design, Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I to Health-Risk Assessment, Remediation Design, Implementation and Monitoring, Due Diligence, and QA/QC-Management.
