I am a mechanical engineer with a great passion for engines, cars and motorbikes. Any kind of mechanical tool is for me of interest and so I made my passion my job. In my current role, I have the full responsability for the After Sales Department of the main owned retail market of Porsche in Italy. I handle all the related activities, including budgeting, workshop, parts, warranty and manage a 30-people team in both the two Porsche sites in Milan. I am as well in charge for the improvement of the Customer Satisfaction Index for After Sales environment while focusing on the business growth and on keeping high the quality of the relationship with the Clients.
