Guido Beutler is Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of HRS Group, Europe’s leading business travel platform, where he is globally responsible for Information Security. He leads the Security Operations and Compliance functions and reports directly to the CEO. Under his leadership, HRS successfully achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification across the international group and a TISAX label, strengthening enterprise-wide risk management and customer trust. He ensures that security is embedded across all business and IT initiatives, aligning protection goals with innovation and global scalability.Before becoming CISO, Guido served as Chief Architect, reporting to the CTO (Senior VP and Board Member). In this role, he was accountable for the entire enterprise architecture landscape, including application and system architecture, architectural principles, and cross-functional development governance.His earlier leadership roles at HRS include Chief Business Architect, Chief Technical Architect, and Security Architect, each reflecting a deepening focus on scalability, resilience, and secure digital transformation.Guido began his journey with HRS in 1996 as a freelance software engineer and joined the company permanently in 2010. Over nearly three decades, he has designed the architecture of numerous strategic projects that shaped HRS into a global technology leader.He holds a degree (Dipl.Ing. FH)in Information Processing (Informationsverarbeitung) from the University of Applied Sciences Cologne
