I have over 30 years of experience as part of pre-sales, senior consultant, senior solution architect, and program manager in different vertical industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Energy, Public sector, and Supply chain management as part of worldwide large enterprise projects by using Dynamics AX, AX 2012, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations apps, Project Operations, Manufacturing, Retail and Commerce, Asset Management and other Dynamics 365 business applications (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Central, Commerce, Artificial intelligence, and mixed reality). I am also a Certified Master and have been a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) since 1997. I hold more than 80 industry certifications. My Microsoft technology experience in other product stacks, including Backoffice servers, and Azure, is over 36 years. I am currently the CEO of Guide To Learn, Inc. which acts as a subcontractor on behalf of Microsoft, IBM, PwC, and other worldwide partners with my team at Guide To Learn. My services include but are not limited to specialized training, implementation, development, consulting content development, and exam reviews. Official partner of Microsoft in over 16 countries to serve Microsoft\'s partners and customers.I have worked in over 57 countries on behalf Microsoft in different roles. I am the original author of MS Learn for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations in 20••••20 in Core, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing and created hands-on workshops for Core, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Construction, and Retail & Commerce which is being delivered worldwide as of today by Microsoft FTEs or Microsoft contractors. I also have authored a few Microsoft Official Curriculums for Microsoft.
