Accountable for delivering a portfolio of projects and activities within the THP product development team, leveraging technical expertise to enhance processes and methodologies.• Partner closely with the Senior Product Developer to implement the product development science plan, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with consumer preferences.• Utilise broad scientific knowledge to ensure product development adheres to the organisation’s best practices• Ensure the on-time and complete delivery of specifications for new products and modifications, meeting project timelines and business expectations.• Interface with departments such as Commercial, Quality, Manufacturing, and Operations to support scale-up and commercialisation phases.• Support product protection through secure IP, collaborating with the LEX department on patent work to safeguard new technologies and processes.• Contribute to the development and upskilling of team members at G34 and G33 levels, enhancing technical knowledge and improving project quality.• Drive the design and preparation of consumer research samples, ensuring their physical, chemical, and sensory quality aligns with project plans.
