Designed and shipped production assets for midmarket segments ($10 million to $1 billion annual revenue), focused on low-touch/no-touch demonstrations, discovery phases and for lead nurturing. Reduced Support Incidents created by 14% through product improvement and public TSG/workflow creation, leading to delivery cost savings of $2.2 million/year. Shipped a community-driven video readiness platform, serving over unique views/month, growing organically at 8% MoM.
