Starting from 2013, I hold both the role of Head of Communications Italy and the one of Head of MMEA Region. For the Mediterranean, Middle East and Africa Region, I am responsible for Greece, Morocco, Turkey, Gulf Cooperation Countries (Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman) and South Africa. The position reports to the Euler Hermes Head of MMEA Region and Euler Hermes Head of Group Communications. Projects: Build up a regional communicators’ team through several meeting, confcall and internal events. Increase media visibility in Italy and in MMEA region through the development of a profitable strategy combining personal ability (Italy) and external support (MMEA countries). Work in team with Market Management Department (eg Marcom activities for startup such as South Africa and organizing a regional event called International Trade Observatory). Contents producer for internal and external purposes in collaboration with Economic Research Department (e.g Ceo presentations/speeches, Non Payments Report). Responsible of ehijournal.it, the Euler Hermes Italy economic and financial portal created in 2013 for external purposes.Results- Media Coverage 20••••15:+ 30%(Italy)+ 75%(MMEA)- Visitors Ehijournal.it 2013-15:+ 120%- International Trade Observatory 2013-15: media presence (+ 35%), media coverage (+80%), event attendees (+50%), profitable event (earned premium from new customers +25% vs 2014)
