ABOUT GUGLIELMO ARMIENTI
I embarked on an amazing journey within healthcare since the beginning of my career. While a lot has changed since I started as a pharmacist and then a medical representative 30 years ago, I remain inspired everyday by the power of medicine and how new technology, like Artificial Intelligence, is helping advance scientific breakthroughs like never before. I am proud to be one of the global leaders within the innovative Transplant franchise at Sanofi, a global division driven by one purpose: protecting the promise of transplant. That means our teams are dedicated to transforming the practice of medicine by turning the impossible into the possible (I\'mPossible). As a leader, I firmly believe that making an impact starts with culture - how we empower and motivate each other to be the best version of ourselves. For me, it starts by passionately working in a diverse and inclusive global community and extends to giving our patients access to cutting edge technologies that push the boundaries of science. Then, with open minds, we can fuel innovation and unleash potential that drives long-term success. What do I love most about my job? That even on a tough day, I am confident that our work is making a positive impact on our people, our patients and our society.
