Foster multi-threaded relationships with end-customers (fleet managers) and channel partners and resellers, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and strategic alignment. Facilitate internal enablement and customer training sessions, leading product demonstrations and knowledge-sharing workshops to elevate adoption and technical confidence.Oversee seamless enterprise onboarding using Salesforce and collaboration across Customer Success, Implementation, and Technical Support. Manage operational workflows, including purchase orders, contracts, and compliance via DocuSign. Serve as a point of contact for strategic accounts (fleets of 10 to 500+ light- and heavy-duty vehicles), troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on the UI.Coordinate high impact (e.g. Geotab Connect), contributing to messaging, communications, customer engagement, and agenda development to reinforce brand presence. Partner with Marketing on content strategy and campaigns (e.g. Customer Obsession), website updates, and partner events. Develop competitive intelligence to strengthen Geotab’s positioning across North American segments.
