Gudrun is leading the Deloitte Greenhouse in Germany. The concept is a highly creative and technically-equipped think space combined with highly effective lab and workshop design and facilitation skills to tackle the current business and team challenges of clients and colleagues. All labs are lead by experienced designers and facilitators using approved processes based on behavioral sciences, social psychology and group dynamics. Breaking through to a new way of thinking, moving from thinking to doing, or unleashing exploration and problem solving away from business as usual. Most Labs typically covering one of the following topics: Innovation, Digital, Emerging Technologies, Strategy, Transformation, Leadership, Team- and Organizational Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Sustainability etc.
