Majority of experiences were built along the discipline of consumer ethnography, design research, product development research, UX research, and also on bridging strategy between product, marketing, and business development.Last endeavor was at GoTo Financial, Indonesia\'s leading fintech company to improve millions of users\' day-to-day cashless transactions, connecting different segments to the relevant financial products, including to enable thousands of underbanked segment gain access to financial services.
