I support the non-profit organization LiveForLife e.V. as CTO and Head of IT & Development, responsible for the entire software development and IT infrastructure of the association.LiveForLife is a voluntary, non-profit organization that has been raising donations for charitable causes for nearly 10 years. Every spring, a fundraising marathon is held on twitch.tv with around 30 streamers. The association aims to harness the power of community to make a real impact - this year alone, nearly were raised, and over the years, the total has exceeded half a million euros.Within the organization, we rely on a wide range of technical components, such as streaming servers, chat bots, plugins for Discord, Twitch or OBS, as well as additional tools for planning and running our seasons.My role is broadly comparable to that of a CTO in a commercial company, while also covering aspects of a software architect, process manager, and of course, agile coach.
